Can I cancel my order?
Naomi Petersen Ceramics accepts cancellations only before an order has been shipped (usually within 3 days of order).
Do you accept returns for refund?
All sales are final. If your items arrive and I shipped the wrong one, please contact me so I can resolve the issue. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.
All shop items are handmade. This means there may be small flaws or imperfections. I do my best to list these in the item descriptions, so please read them thoroughly before purchase. Only if there are undisclosed severe defects that makes the item unusable can it be refunded.
What if my item arrives broken?
I am very careful with shipping fragile ceramic items, and breakage is extremely rare. However, if your item is damaged in shipment, please email me immediately with photos of the broken product and box it was shipped in! Refunds will not be issued unless it is the same day of delivery with proof of damage.
Glaze Disclaimer:
In addition, pieces look different depending on the light you view them in. I photograph everything in bright or indirect natural light, so they look as accurate as possible, and I do not edit the color of the photo. Glaze colors may differ in dim or artificial lighting.
