The times may change but the mud on my hands will not. When I was a little kid, I made mud pies and gumbo in the backyard. In middle school, I was lucky enough to take a pottery class in Alabama. Then in January 2024, I finally got to make pottery a true hobby: the art form that makes me feel like I can breathe, lets me make potions from color, and where I can squish my hands into good, soft mud. Now, my family and I live in Amsterdam, where I make art full time. I hope you find it enchanting. I hope my pots create a moment of peace, whimsy, joy, or charm in your every day.
