This piece is the culmination of months and years of work by the artist. It pours functionally, speaking to the high level of craftsmanship. The flowering vines running up the sides are fantastical, inspired by dark fairytales and magical realism in literature.

The flowers and vines are hand-stained porcelain with an iridescent glaze creating occasional rainbows and a haunted paper flower-like effect. The teapot body is coil built stoneware.
